Shipping policy

Central Vet Midwater offers local delivery in Middelburg for eligible products at a fixed delivery fee of R45.

Orders for local delivery should be placed before 5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Local delivery is subject to product availability, confirmation of the delivery address, daily delivery routes and team capacity. If there is any issue with stock, delivery timing or the address provided, our team will contact the customer to confirm the next steps.

Central Vet Midwater does not offer standard courier delivery outside Middelburg unless this has been specifically arranged via WhatsApp and confirmed by our team.

Certain products, including prescription food, medicine-related items and pharmaceutical products, may be limited to in-store collection only. This is to ensure that the correct product is supplied safely and responsibly. Delivery of these items will only be arranged if approved and confirmed by Central Vet Midwater.
