How repeat orders work
1. Send your request
Send your pet’s name, product name, size, quantity and whether you want collection or delivery.
2. We confirm availability
The team will confirm availability, product eligibility and whether veterinary approval is needed.
3. Choose collection or eligible delivery
Collection is available in-store. Eligible local delivery is available to selected Middelburg areas at a fixed fee of R45, with cut-off at 5pm Monday to Friday.
4. Prescription and medicine items
Prescription food and pharmaceutical products are handled in-store only unless Central Vet Midwater confirms otherwise.
Local delivery for repeat orders
Local delivery is available to selected Middelburg areas for eligible products at a fixed fee of R45. Delivery cut-off is 5pm Monday to Friday. Collection is available in-store at Shop 50, Midwater Centre.
