Central Vet Midwater may use email, WhatsApp or SMS to send relevant reminders, product updates, wellness program information, repeat order reminders, clinic updates and promotional messages where a client has opted in or where communication is permitted.
Marketing sign-up forms should include clear opt-in wording, such as: “I agree to receive Central Vet Midwater updates, reminders and marketing messages by email and/or WhatsApp. I understand I can opt out at any time.”
Every marketing message should include a simple opt-out instruction, such as replying STOP on WhatsApp or contacting the practice to unsubscribe from marketing messages.
Important service messages, order updates, delivery arrangements and veterinary-care communication may still be sent where necessary to assist the client or patient.
