Refund / Return Policy
Product returns are assessed according to product type, condition, proof of purchase, timing and legal or veterinary restrictions.
Unopened, unused and resaleable items may be considered for return at Central Vet Midwater’s discretion. Damaged goods should be reported as soon as possible, preferably with photos and the original receipt or order details.
Opened food, medicine-related products, prescription items, pharmaceutical products, vet-approved products and items that cannot safely be resold may be excluded from return or refund.
Any refund, replacement or exchange is subject to inspection and approval by Central Vet Midwater.
