Patient Story Consent

Written owner consent is required before Central Vet Midwater uses pet photos, names, medical stories, patient updates, procedure information or recovery results on the website, social media, printed material or marketing content.

Patient stories should avoid private medical details unless the owner has clearly approved the information for use. Stories should be respectful, accurate and focused on education, appreciation and care.

Owners may request that a story, image or identifying detail be removed from future marketing use where practical.
